Crazy Mitzes – Print-on-Demand

At Crazy Mitzes, many products are only produced after you place your order. For this, we work with print-on-demand partners like Printify, among others.

This means your item is not simply taken from a warehouse, but produced specifically for your order and then shipped. This allows us to offer many of our designs without unnecessary inventory and overproduction.

📦 Production & Shipping

Once your order is received, your product will first be manufactured.

Production time usually takes several business days, depending on the product and the production location. Afterward, your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location, shipping carrier, destination country, holidays, and current workload.

Important:

If you order several different products, your order may be delivered in multiple packages and at different times. This can occur if the items are manufactured at different production locations.

As soon as tracking information is available for your order, you will receive it via email.

Delivery times are guidelines and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

🌍 Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you during the checkout process before you complete your order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees from the respective destination country may apply. We cannot influence these costs, and—unless expressly stated otherwise—they are not included in our shipping rates.

🔄 Returns & Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason for online orders.

The period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received the goods.

For an order containing multiple goods that are delivered separately, the period generally begins upon receipt of the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear declaration indicating your intent to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

💳 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with statutory regulations.

This generally includes the costs of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. If you chose a more expensive shipping method, the additional costs of this method are generally not refundable.

You may be required to bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided you were informed of this accordingly before the conclusion of the contract.

The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of shipment, to the extent permitted by law.

🎨 Personalized Products

Some Crazy Mitzes products can be individually personalized upon request.

For goods made to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.

However, this does not automatically apply to every print-on-demand product.

The mere fact that a product is produced only after your order is placed is not sufficient to exclude the right of withdrawal.

For individually personalized products, we will inform you before the conclusion of the order if an exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies.

❗ Incorrect Size or Color Choice

Please check the following carefully before ordering:

- Size

- Color

- Product variant

- Personalization details

- Delivery address

For a standard POD product, choosing the wrong size or color does not automatically mean that Printify will cover a return or provide a free replacement.

Your statutory consumer rights naturally remain unaffected by this.

Printify itself points out that standard returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, wrong color, or simple change of mind are generally not supported in the POD system.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

Did your item arrive damaged, show a production defect, or did you receive the wrong item?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Please send us:

1. Your order number

2. A short description of the problem

3. Clear photos of the item

4. If the package was damaged, photos of the packaging as well, if possible

We will review your case and take care of a suitable solution.

In the case of legitimate defects or incorrect deliveries, statutory warranty rights are of course upheld.

Our print-on-demand partner also requires corresponding evidence, such as photos, to process production errors or incorrect deliveries.

📦 Damaged Package

If your package is clearly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you document the condition of the package and the item with photos.

Afterwards, get in touch with us providing your order number and the corresponding images.

🚚 Unaccepted or Undeliverable Shipments

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs may be incurred.

Merely refusing to accept the delivery does not automatically constitute an effective withdrawal under Austrian law. The withdrawal must be explicitly declared.
